Canadian Dealmakers - Support Junior Achievement and Canada's future dealmakers

Over the last three years, the Canadian Dealmakers gala has brought together close to 1,500 leading investment bankers, corporate executives and lawyers to recognize companies whose transactions have significantly impacted their industry. All net proceeds from the Canadian Dealmakers gala go to Junior Achievement of Canada. Canadian Dealmakers is committed to the success of the future deal-makers of Canada by supporting Junior Achievement. Join us at the Canadian Dealmakers gala at the Royal York Hotel, March 2, 2011.

To purchase a table or sponsor the event, please contact Grace So at 416-609-5838 or grace.so@thomsonreuters.com. For more information, visit www.canadiandealmakers.ca.

Celebrating Life Achievements and the Next Generation of Leaders

Aldo Bensadoun
Guy Laliberte
Seymour Schulich
Galen Weston

On May 3, 2011, we honour Canada’s most esteemed business leaders for their life achievements and service to the economy, community and our nation. These individuals have been chosen for their significant contributions to Canada’s success, its citizens and for the examples they have set for others. All of our Inductees exemplify a vision of prosperity and their legacies motivate young Canadians to achieve their dreams and create lives that enrich us all. As newly inducted Companions, these leaders become mentors and role models for Canada’s future business leaders.

Junior Achievement, through its programs and volunteers, helps bring confidence, belief, and direction to young Canadians. It prepares them for leadership by enabling them to discover their potential in an exciting business world. At the annual Business Hall of Fame Dinner, we recognize and celebrate the business leaders who strive to change a young person’s life by showing them the way to achieve their dreams through Junior Achievement programs.”

Junior Achievement 2009/2010 Yearbook
Impact: Today's achievers, tomorrow's leaders

This year’s Junior Achievement of Canada yearbook showcases how the contributions made to JA Canada(TM) provide youth the opportunity to experience and understand business in order to prepare and become our leaders of tomorrow. Our ability to reach young people would not be possible without the commitment and the support of our JA Canada and JA Foundation directors, our local board directors and leaders and all of our partners.

Please review our yearbook to learn how JA Canada is making an impact in the lives of Canadian youth.
